Blue Ribbon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    3 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 tsp. Superior butternut flavoring
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Start all ingredients at room temperature.
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time and beat well.
    Add flavoring.
    Alternately add flour (which has been sifted with baking powder) and milk to creamed mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
