Pears Mona Lisa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pear halves, cooked until tender
    2 (4 oz.) bars German sweet chocolate, melted
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    6 individual meringues
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Drain pear halves and allow to dry on a towel.
    Dip each half in melted chocolate and place on ice cream filled meringue.
    Top with whipped cream and store in freezer until 20 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
