Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until foamy
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves. Add to other ingredients.
    Add 1/2 cup nuts, if you desire. Grease and flour bottom of loaf pans.
    Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
