Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs yolks (save whites)
    1 9-inch pie shell (baked)
Preparation
    In a double boiler heat all ingredients. Pour into pie shell. For the meringue beat egg whites to a stiff peak. Put on top of pie. Bake at 250\u00b0 until meringue is browned.
