Baked Stuffed Morels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    morels
    boiling water
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives or wild onion
    salt and black pepper to taste
    4 to 6 Tbsp. white wine
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    butter, melted
Preparation
    Quickly wash mushrooms to remove dirt from pits.
    Boil for 2 minutes and drain.
    Remove and chop stems.
    Mix stems, garlic, onion, seasonings and white wine in skillet or saucepan; simmer to blend flavors.
    Stir in breadcrumbs and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Spoon stuffing into cavity of each mushroom and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with butter.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
