Summer Garden Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium summer squash
    1 medium zucchini
    3 medium tomatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 c. mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. chopped peppers
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and dry vegetables but do not peel.
    Cut all vegetables into chunks and place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot butter throughout casserole.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of vegetables.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of cheese.
    Lightly sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
