Peanut Butter Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. water
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and salt in bowl.
Heat margarine, shortening and water in a pan to boil.
Add peanut butter and pour over mixture; mix well.
Beat eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla. Add to first mixture.
Bake in greased and floured sheet pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
