"Don'T Like Liver" Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. calf liver, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. bread crumbs (seasoned, if desired)
    bacon strips to cover
Preparation
    Wash and season liver strips.
    Place on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle bread crumbs over liver.
    Place bacon strips over liver. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done (15 to 20 minutes).
