Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate and add sugar. Add milk slowly. Stir constantly over medium-high heat. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
