Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. or 1 large pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. American cheese or any cheese, shredded
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook first four ingredients approximately 4 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Mix next 5 ingredients well to form sauce.
    Next, arrange the shredded cheese.
    Then add a layer of melted oleo and crushed crackers.
    Now layer broccoli, sauce, cheese and Ritz crackers in layers in a casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until bubbly.
