Asparagus Tidbits(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 slices thin white bread
    3 oz. Blue cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    20 asparagus spears (canned)
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
Preparation
    Trim bread crusts and roll the bread to flatten. Blend the cheeses and egg.
    Spread on each slice of bread.
    Roll asparagus spears onto each slice.
    Dip into melted butter.
    (The bread was rolled with asparagus on it.)
    Place rolls on cookie sheet and freeze.
    When frozen slice into 4 quarters.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
    This recipe freezes well, but set out 1 hour before baking.
