Ingredients

1 lb. frozen bread dough
2 c. Italian pizza sauce
yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
2 c. vegetables
1 1/2 c. part skim Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan, Romano, reduced fat Feta, or reduced fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Lightly grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle pan with cornmeal.
Roll dough on lightly floured surface to a 16 x 11-inch rectangle.
Transfer dough to prepared pan.
Build up edges slightly.
Do not let rise.
Bake for about 12 minutes, or until brown.
Spread sauce over crust.
Layer with seasonings, vegetables and cheeses.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes more, or until bubbly.
Serve while hot.
