Banana Brunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Aunt Jemima pancake mix
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed (about 4 medium bananas)
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Combine pancake mix, 3/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Add bananas, milk, egg and oil; mix well.
    Spread into prepared pan.
    Combine nuts, 1/4 cup brown sugar and margarine.
    Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 12 servings.
