Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. dark brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped, peeled apple
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together until creamy. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Add vanilla, nuts and apple. Mix well. Pour into a 10-inch greased pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm with ice cream.
