Pecan Dandie Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cream together butter, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla.
Add pecans and flour; mix until becomes a dough.
Roll the dough by tablespoons into small balls; place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
While still warm from oven, roll balls in confectioners sugar.
