Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. steamed rice or Minute rice
dash of nutmeg
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Separate eggs and beat the yolks.
Add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and rice.
Stiffly beat the egg whites and fold into mixture.
