Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan melt 6 tablespoons margarine.
    Stir in oats, sugar, flour and baking soda.
    Press firmly on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
