Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 1/2 c. sugar
8 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco; add eggs, one at a time, then add flour.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk if needed.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Do not open oven door.
