Green Beans In Herb Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 large stalk celery, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and parsley flakes in margarine in medium saucepan until onion is golden.
    Mix the garlic salt, salt, pepper and cornstarch.
    Slowly stir in 1 cup water to form a smooth paste.
    Add mixture and green beans to onions.
    Cover; gently cook for 10 minutes, or until beans are tender-crisp and sauce has thickened slightly.
    Yields 4 servings.
