Classic Walnut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry pie shell
1 1/2 c. large pieces Diamond walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine eggs, sugar, flour, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Arrange walnuts on top.
Bake in lower third of oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 35 to 45 minutes or until center appears set.
Cool completely.
Makes 8 servings.
