Perfect Apple Pie - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) pkg. all-ready pie crust
6 c. thinly sliced, peeled apples
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Prepare pie crust according to package.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Spoon into pie crust. Top with second crust and flute.
Cut slits in several places. Bake at 435\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
