Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large tomatoes
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 onion, chopped fine
4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
-
Slice green tomatoes.
Cover slices with flour, salt and pepper.
Fry in pan with butter flavored Crisco until golden brown.
