Crazy Self-Filling Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix ingredients together and beat well.
Fill paper baking cups 2/3 full.
