French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooking apples, peeled and sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. seedless golden raisins
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. water
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell and top
Preparation
    Lay out shell.
    Arrange apples in shell.
    Sprinkle lemon juice. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Spread sugar.
    Spread raisins.
    Mix brown sugar and flour and spread over all.
    Add pecans.
    Add butter.
    Add water.
    Put on top crust.
    Brush lightly with milk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve warm with Hard Sauce (optional).
