Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/3 c. (packed) dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, cut into large chunks
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
In medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
In large bowl with electric mixer, cream the butter.
Beat in sugar until well combined.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla.
On low speed, blend in flour mixture, stirring last bit with wooden spoon.
Stir in chocolate chunks.
