Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    sifted powdered sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, ginger, salt and nutmeg.
    Spread in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Invert cake on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Roll up cake and towel jelly roll style, starting at short side.
    Cool.
