Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (keep juice separate)
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    10 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix juice with flour and sugar.
    Add 2/3 cup of cheese.
    Place pineapple in buttered dish.
    Pour mixture over pineapple.
    Top with 2/3 cup cheese.
    Top with buttered crumbs, then rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
