Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together and roll out thin on floured board.
Cut with cookie cutter.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
