Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. carrots, grated
    1/4 c. cucumbers, chopped
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients very fine and drain.
    Mix with softened cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add just enough mayonnaise to spread well.
