Chicken Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops (1/2 to 1/4-inch thick)
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. hot oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown slowly on both sides in skillet in 1 tablespoon hot oil.
    Place pork chops in following sauce:
    soup, milk and water.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
