Jar Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gallon cabbage (2 heads)
3 c. sugar
3 bell peppers
3 onions
1 pt. mustard (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
2 - 3 carrots
Preparation
-
Process vegetables.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Pack in sterile jars and seal.
