Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites, unbeaten
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine ingredients except vanilla in upper part of double boiler.
    Beat well.
    Place over boiling water and beat constantly with rotary beater 7 minutes. Remove from fire and continue beating until frosting stands up in peaks.
    Add vanilla and frost your
    cake.
