Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (5 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 or 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Combine with the other ingredients, reserving 1 1/2 cups pecans. Form into 2 balls. Roll in remaining chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
