Beef Roast With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shoulder roast
    5 medium potatoes, quartered
    1 medium onion, quartered
    8 medium carrots, sliced
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Brown beef in frying pan in butter or margarine on both sides. Put in pot and boil until tender.
    Remove beef and put the remaining ingredients in broth.
    Add water to broth until it covers vegetables.
    After vegetables are done, return beef to pot and simmer 1/2 hour.
