Raisin Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 lb. 6 oz. can raisin pie filling
2 eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except nuts in a large bowl; beat until blended.
Stir in the nuts.
Drop from a spoon onto a greased cookie sheet using about 2 tablespoons of dough for each. Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 15 to 17 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Makes 5 dozen large cookies.
