Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oats
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add sugar, milk, vanilla and peanut butter.
Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add oats.
Stir well.
Using a spoon, spoon the mixture on wax paper.
Be sure to make the cookies while the mixture is still hot.
You may want to use a knife or small spatula to take the mixture off the spoon.
