Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
4 to 5 oz. evaporated milk
3/4 to 1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil (for pan)
Preparation

Heat tomato sauce in a large saucepan on low setting.
In the meantime, heat olive oil in frying pan on high.
Mix all remaining ingredients well.
Form into small balls and brown in frying pan. Place meatballs in sauce and heat for 3 hours on low setting. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen meatballs.
