Cornflake Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.
Fold in sugar gradually. Add flavoring, coconut, cornflakes and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a well-oiled baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 until delicately brown.
