Biscuitti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. anise seeds or anise extract
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat the eggs slightly. Gradually add sugar and oil. Mix well. Sift baking powder and flour together, and gradually add into mixture.
    Add anise to the mixture.
    Place the entire mix into a jelly roll sheet pan (or French bread loaf pan) and spread evenly.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and cook for 20 minutes. Cool.
    Cut into slices and brown on each side at 400\u00b0 for just a few minutes.
