Fresh Banana Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream margarine.
Slowly add sugar.
Beat until light.
Add bananas, eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
In separate bowl, mix flour, soda and salt together.
Add to banana mixture and blend well.
Slowly add sour cream; beat until blended.
Pour in greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
