Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. mushrooms
    2 c. rice, cooked in 2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown celery and onion in 1 tablespoon margarine; beat soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Combine above ingredients and add rice and mushrooms.
    Pour into long casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
