Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pastry for double crust pie (9-inch)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, stir together sugar and flour.
    Add water and mix well.
    Stir in raisins, salt and cinnamon.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
    Cook and stir 1 minute longer.
    Remove from heat;
    stir in butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
