Oven-Fried Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut in serving pieces
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Put the biscuit mix, salt, paprika, poultry seasoning and pecans in a bowl and mix.
    Pour evaporated milk in a separate bowl.
    Dip the chicken pieces in the milk, then the biscuit mixture.
    Coat pieces thoroughly.
    Place pieces in the pan, skin side down.
    Do not let pieces touch.
    Pour melted butter over the chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour, or until tender.
