Fruit Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk
    2 ripe bananas, pears or peaches
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate
Preparation
    Cube fruit and remove seeds.
    Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
