Rock Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cornish hens
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
    1 c. creamy French dressing
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix together preserves, dressing and dry soup mix.
    Spoon over hens.
    Place on a foil-lined pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender.
    Hens may be cut in half and baked the same way, cut side down.
