Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. chunk style potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 moon Longhorn cheese, grated
    garlic powder to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Lay's potato chips
    1 cube butter
Preparation
    Put chunk style potatoes into a large bowl.
    Add sour cream, mushroom soup, garlic powder, pepper and cheese.
    Mix well and pour into a buttered dish.
