Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 stalk celery, chopped fine
    2 c. chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 2 c. boiling water (decrease salt)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and slice.
    Simmer, covered, 5 minutes with 1 tablespoon butter, onion and celery.
    Add chicken broth to mushrooms; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
