Pepper Jelly(Makes 6 Jars) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers (can increase if desired)*
    1 c. green pepper (10 to 12 peppers)
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle pectin
    green food coloring
    paraffin, melted
Preparation
    Blend peppers and vinegar.
    Place in kettle with sugar. Bring to boil slowly.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Stir in pectin and food coloring.
    Let
    stand
    5
    minutes.
    Skim off foam.
    Pour into hot jars and seal with paraffin.
