Pork Chop Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can French fried onions
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Brown chops in vegetable oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream and seasoned salt.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 onions.
    Spoon mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange pork chops over mixture and bake, covered, for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
