Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. shredded carrots
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Preparation

Bring 4 quarts water to boil.
Add spaghetti; cook and drain. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add carrots and garlic.
Cook until carrots are tender.
Add the carrot mixture to the spaghetti.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Mix well.
Press mixture into pie plate.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Add shredded cheese and bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
